Effort vs intelligence

Ever thought that a baby is actually smart?or ever wonder that how to bring up your child to be an intelligent kid? Well, according to research, it is all about mind setting. To make it simple, parents and teachers should take the effort to praise children for their effort, not for their intelligence or Einstein traits, does not matter whether it is a huge effort or a tiny one. Even parents and teachers may tell them great stories about great people and their great efforts, or perhaps talk to children about how their mind and how does the brains work. Do not push your children over the limits. They might just give up or breakdown due to boredom. Then, you might as well give up or regret cause it is difficult to motivate them back into the right track. When students go to school, their main aim is to achieve good grades, but this will eventually lead them to giving up easily. But for those children who goes to school in order to gain knowledge, they will take the effort to understand what they have learned and will never give up. This is because they have gained. So parents and teachers, start now by praising them for their effort!!
children

Let me come straight to the point. WARS!! They are happening now. From the country where braveness was held by Jai Sri Hanuman, to the country where Jesus Himself stepped on. But who is the winning party and the losing party? That question seems to create doubts. Who is on the right trail and who is in the wrong trail also creates doubts. But who is in between these games.? As i know, as i witness, children. Wake up and take the effort to realise that in between are children. As i'm writing here, i know none of this will make any sense or none of this will be taken into considerations, but give yourself a chance to think. When you were small, you fall and injured yourself with some small bruises. But with that bruises, you cry in pain. I repeat, you CRY. Imagine the pain that these children of war victims go through at a very young age. Losing their limb and hands. Losing their eye. A shot in the brain!! Was there ANY pain...these children went down to hell and YES!! THEY ARE STILL IN PAIN. They don't know how to ask for help, how to shout and what is actually happening. When you were small, you FIGHT when someone merely attacks you or disturbs you. But these children.. what are they to do when they are attacked. Fight back? Do the donations that we collect from all over the world will help them? Down deep in your heart, you know that also create a doubt. The only way to help them is to end the game of WAR. Focus on that...end the game of war instead of focusing on donations and donations. Then solutions will be found and these children are save. It's not all about the money. What does matter here is our hearts.
